Armageddon

    Hey

    So I just started armageddon and almost done on my second week, how ever I was wondering now after my second week after I am done with one day I do not feel any pain or exhaustion, should I just follow the program like it is to 6-8 reps 3 sets or should I increase reps or sets to make this a bit harder?

    Please let me know ^^

    As long as you are progressing in weight /reps you dont have to change anything.
