I was hoping to get some advice in regards to my arm training as I’ve been feeling a little stuck with them for some time now.

I followed Ben Pollack Powerbuilder for two rotations and saw significant improvements across my entire physique including my arms – would likely attribute that to the delts/arms session due to the dedicated day.

I’ve since moved to the PPL program so that I can hit desired muscle groups more frequently across the week, however since then I’ve really struggled with training arms post Push & Pull sessions – more so my triceps than biceps.

I think my triceps just feel fried after hitting my key lifts and really struggle connecting with them and being able to logbook efficiently.

Would you suggest hitting biceps post Push session and triceps post Pull so that they get that extra time to recover or just hitting them earlier on in the session before my other lifts?

    Any advice would be appreciated!
