My arms have not been sore in months, spesifically bicebs and side delts. Still going up in weight and Im not worried about growth but just a hypotethical question. What do you guys think about very high frequency for arms? I remember one time I was into this nucleus overload thing and I tried it. I guess I did it a little bit wrong as I did few sets everyday for side delts but too close to failure. You should do it like 5-15rir. Anyway I somehow recovered and got stronger everyday tho thats not how you should even do it. Its supposed to be only pump hypertrophy training with no significant strength gains. Thoughts? Havent tried it properly ever but It has been on my mind for quite some time. I dont think its fair to say it doesnt work at all like some people say. Sorry if I ask too many questions 😅 just interested in your guys professional opinion.
