Hope you are all safe and well?
Recently started your chest program as my weakest part of my body is my chest.
I’m 2 days in (push / pull) and ive realised ive been doing ascending weights instead of descending – so incline press for example I’ll do my sets but progressing the weights each set instead of starting at my top set and doing 2 back offs (im assuming 2 back off sets as the program shows 3 sets?)
My question is, do i do warm up or “feeder” sets before getting to the appropriate weight for the top set then begin the sets or do i do an educated decision on what weight to begin on the top set and see what happens?
