    any thoughts on the adaptagen Ashwagandha? I was thinking it could be a good supp to take post workout or before bed. I’ve read a bit about it showing increase in strength gains, reduction in cortisol and increase in testosterone. Sounds too good to be true?!?

    Shirt answer: yes. Adaptagens are very cool. And depending on how much stress is impacting your recovery, it can make a positive difference when added in. Personally I would recommend using it in the evening (like you said)

    There is big difference between ashwagandha root to ksm-66?
