Hi Coaches, it has been 10 months since I joined the app and my first time I wrote a question here, Joe’s response was very remarkable and was one of the things that kept me pushing ( before and after pictures)
Initially started with full body program for about 4 months however I felt it was too much as the sessions became too long for me
I was on maintenance calories until about 4 weeks back that I cut my calories by 250 and started to lose weight
I am about to finish 3 months of the delta program, I enjoyed it with the initial PPL structure as I noticed am able to maintain 3 workouts/week 90 minutes each on top of my 70-80 work hours ( x2 24hrs shifts) + 2 kids!
My goal is to shed fat, be healthy and look good overall
The question is what would be your advice in terms of which program may fit my goals and benefit me the most from your point of view ? Your detailed input is always appreciated
