    Looking for upper lower at home weight training with a cable bowflex with leg extension and hamstring curl and light dumbbells and a medium weight kettlebell. No bar but long bands of light to heavy resistance available. Suggestions for a 3 week full body workout while temporarily away from gym. Thanks for any help.
