I know this may be out of the realm of the questions you guys are used to answering, but just curious if you would have any answer for it. If you are training an athlete, for example a baseball player that wants to hit the ball harder, how would you train them/ what exercises would you have them doing? (Given that they also want to bulk up, but also be more explosive).
