Just started the Power Builder program, and I noticed the volume of biceps work every week (4 times/week). First, I’m just curious if there is a specific logic or reason behind this programming.
Second, I already have pretty big arms, relatively speaking, and I am more interested in adding size and strength to my legs. Within this program, could I substitute 1 “Arms day” for a “Leg day” workout?
And if so, which “Lower” or “Leg day” workout would you recommend?
And my final question would be, can I customize this change in the app so that my Arm day/Leg day swap is locked into my programming for the entire 12 weeks of the program?
