    Hey Joe,
a lot of your Pull/Back day’s have mostly 3 main exercises, but if I look at all the workouts It seems that your main output movements for back are 4.
    Prime row lat bias
    Nautilus pull down
    Chest supported T-Bar
    RDL
What’s the reason behind your selection ? Do you feel 4 is to much ? Or do you like to have two different days ? Or is it because of your training frequency ? I’m asking because I’m not sure to do these 4 exercises in one session or split it in two different days, lat and thickness focus.
