Just moved out of state into a new gym. Have a few long-winded questions.
1. There is a stairmaster arcuate pin loaded seated row. (Upper back) Thoughts on this machine? I don’t have a chest supported t bar or anything. Could possibly just do dumbbells with chest on an incline bench. (This stairmaster machine makes it next to impossible to pinpoint lats.)
2. Thoughts on cybex pin loaded lat pullover machine and where/if to place it on my back day?
