So what I am asking about now is: which muscles would this machine target if my hand placement is neutral? (My main goal is to target traps so I suppose that I need to have the neutral hand position and the elbows high and to the sides).
What about scapula and shoulder? Should they be fixed or free to move?
I’ve watched the videos but can’t quite understand this piece of equipment since all I can feel is rhomboid area working
