Just looking through the programs today, and noticed in one of the leg workouts (leg curls I think) the workout calls for back off sets. But the way the description is written at top reads like it’s supposed to be treated as a drop set.
i.e. leg curls will give me three working sets of 5-10 reps, but the description will say something like – “first rep 5-8, followed by back off set at 6-8 followed by back off set at 8-10, rest three minutes and start working weight”.
Not sure if this means that the weights are dropped between each ‘working set’ or each set is treated like a rest pause or each set has two drop sets before starting the next set.
Can someone please help.
