A few weeks ago I cold lifted a piece of furniture at the edge of my capability (stupid thing to do, I know) and felt my back tighten up.
I took a few days off training to let things relax and when they all felt fine again I played a bit of golf which still felt perfect. After golf I attempted to resume training lower body and back. Warm up felt great, RDL’s no problem, then I attempted a standard deadlift and felt a pinch in my lower back/pelvis area (couldn’t really pin point it, but feels 1.5-2 inches off to the left of my spine).
I’ve completely avoided any training that puts strain on my back to give it time. I also started doing your Dallas Back Unfocker which is the only thing that temporarily relieves all the pain.
After the C1 part of the routine, when I lower my left leg back to the ground I feel a slight popping right where the pain originated and everything feels wonderful.
If there’s anything you can recommend, I will be extremely thankful.
