Hi Joe/Bruce,
I have a lower back injury and don’t feel comfortable with movements such as barbell/tbar row. My gym doesn’t have a supported tbar row, only back machines available are hammer strength row with wide and narrow grips, Seated cable row, single pulley lat pulldown, and dual pulley cable station
Do you have other movements I can sub for upper and lower lat focus, would a Prone dumbell row elbows flared be a sub for supported tbar row?
