Except the nautilus pulldown(and other same like it) which handles do you think are the best for pulldowns(top picks)
Also do you think on a 3 exercise back workout there is anything wrong having two close grip rows rather than a wide,close grip one?

Yeah,so i actually didn’t meant to say close grip i meant to say two shoulder width rows for the whole back rather than lat focus,upper focus because from my experience on wide grip rows i cannot feel the contractions and elbows hurt
