    Hi Joe and Bryce, I see that in some of the videos there is the back widow attachment in the background, never seen you use it, what are your thoughts on it? Currently training in my garage so I’m looking for very versatile pieces of equipment.

    Thanks Bryce for the feedback. I liked the t bar row function of the back widow as an all in one attachment for pull days but didn’t see much about it so was kind of skeptical.
