    Hi! I’m trying to figure out how to split my volume for upper back and lats. I would like a lat focus. In the current program there is 4 lat focused exercises and one upper back focused exercise. I realize this program is tailored towards Terrence’s needs but is this one exercise enough for upper back(rhomboids, traps) development ? Lats are quite big muscles so it would make sense for them to have more volume but can I still make some upper back focus with this one exercise. Would a 3 lat exercises and 2 upper back exercises be better for someone who would also like to bring up their upperback but with a lat focus? Maybe 3 lat focused 1 of a bit of both and one upperback? Maybe just add one more set to upperback? I’m aware that this can be very different from person to person but just from a general perspective. Overthinking this a slight bit but just curious hehehehe. 🙂
