    Hi joe
    I am doing lat pull downs single hand , seated close grip row , Db rows on 1 day other day close grip lat pull down , bb bent over rows , deadlift.
    I am not feeling back engagement & other muscle are growing but back is not. Please suggest me a some exercises.
    frequency is 2x week one muscle should i have to do same exercise both days in week or different exercises on different days for same muscle ?
