Hey Joe, regarding band setup, I completely understand the concept and how to setup for slack. I just had a question regarding the tension your particular setup takes off at the bottom, do you have any reference at all, like sled + 1 plate per side, etc of what’s coming off at the bottom?
Just curious if you ever ended a set at the bottom and unloaded plates and saw where the sled started to move from the bands, or if you’d be willing to see
Hope this makes sense, I feel like those last reps are almost perfect when theres a LOT of band tension a the bottom and full slack at lockout, but i also don’t want to be shorting myself on load in the lengthened range just to have a 10/10 grinder on my last rep. Unfortunately I don’t normally have a training partner so I try to get the band setup nailed for optimal pants poopage in a given set haha
Hope this makes sense, thanks!!
