    Hi Joe, started push, pull, lower 2.0 today.
    For banded Jm press, what’s the name of the red strap with the loops on it that u are clipping the band to in the instructional video and I’m assuming I can pick one up on Amazon?

    Hello sir, it’s called a daisy chain. Type in gym daisy chain on Amazon and there are plenty

    As Patrick said Daisy chain,
    You can also find them as rock climbing kit
