Hi Joe. Would it make sense to band a pendulum squat?
When I don’t it’s heavier at the bottom, lighter at the top & at the bottom my knee hurts due to patellofemoral syndrome.
I do reverse banded smith squats also & that works good. Should I just stick with that instead of trying to work with the pendulum?

Otherwise I can just leave it out. Was just wondering if it would still be good with lower weight to get good output from it or would it be a wasted effort if I could just use the reverse smith
