Right now my pull session looks like this. Lats and upper back being weak points I want to bring up. V grip cable pullover, Dual D handle Pulldown, Chest supported t bar row, banded rack pull. Bryce told me I should place banded rack pulls at the beginning of my pull session due to the time it takes me to setup everything, and that I may not be getting everything out of the movement. I liked the feel of them after everything’s basically pre-exhausted but will change the order if it’s beneficial. How would you structure my pull day?
