So these are my favourite for glutes. Feel amazing. No back pain and have been doing them a long time now.
I recently did a minor tear to the long head of my right bicep.
It is healing but I’m nervous to do any hanging work.
I’ve tried banded good mornings but the pressure on my traps gets too much and I do feel it in my erectors more.
I think this is also due to the fact that all my lunges are now barbell and not dumbell.
Do you have any suggestions for an exercise that will work like a banded rdl whilst I recover? I already do hip thrusts too.
