Banded RDL

    Hi, when I’m doing barbell RDL as written in the program, in some of joe videos he use the band from the bottom, and in the video of the program itself he use the band from behind on the hip.

    So where should i put the band?
    From the bottom to increase the difficulty of the exercise? Or from behind?
