My question is on banding. How do you determine how much banding/ reverse banding should be used per person?
Example: Hack squat. If I use two orange bands with only 2 plates it’s going to spring up and I’ll have almost no resistance until the band releases
Same goes if I have 8 plates and only one red band. The band it virtually non existent at this point.
