1) My training partner is near a 7-plate hack squat with 2 red bands, and we currently use a precor Icarian-design hack. The bars on this only allow for 8 plates of width. My question is do you guys have any good advice for good bar extenders?
2) What is the most you guys have ever hack squatted and for how many reps? Just out of curiosity
I saw their website and it looks like they have external and internal extenders. The bar of the hack is welded so I have to go with external extenders. It seems like the external ones have a screw that is supposed to lock in down into the bar. But the bar of my hack doesn’t have a hole for that screw. Is that okay, will they still work?
