    Hey Joe
    So my gym doesn’t have a barbel, it’s planet fitness. Is an ez bar a better option?
    And also what is an alternative for incline cable curls because i can’t do them there too

    What type of gym doesn’t have a barbell? 🤦🏽‍♂️

    EZ bar would be fine, you could also use a trap bar if they have one
