Hey gents I started the Push/Pull/Legs programming and so far things are going well. However when doing the Barbell RDL I can’t get very low without pain. I have a video but can’t attach the video so I took a snapshot picture of the lowest position I can get to. Do you think this is fine or would you just switch it to the low back extensions.
I will keep working on it. Been doing the activations and working on that stuff as well. I guess Rome wasn’t built in a day these hips have been a train wreck for about 8 years now.
Also slow down with the content how do you expect us to learn everything in your brain hahahahaha. I am so glad I’m a lifetime subscriber. Now I just need to double my lifetime so I can soak this all in.
