Ive just subbed to the app after months of thinking. Ive used the diet calculator aswell ás the workout builder and im going to start a series on my YouTube Channel about the process.
However i was wondering about one thing… Carbs before bed on rest days. 2 meals with all my carbs in them, no carbs before these 2.
I train around noon-2pm. Is it beneficial to eat carbs before bed?
Ive ordered 5kgs of cyclic dextrin to my eaa-s aswell so im ALL IN, just wondering.
