    Hi Joe,

    When it comes to creating programmes for absolute beginners or the average Ms Jones just looking to lose some weight and ‘tone up’, is there a specific reason you use supersets or giant sets (A1,A2 / B1,B2,B3) over straight sets and exercises such as A1,B2,C1,D1?
