at times I’m experiencing some burn and tightness behind the knees when doing lying leg curls. Same is if I try stiff legged DL.
This doesn’t come up in a seated curl, but I overall feel some tightness in the hamstrings, so I’m not overdoing to let things healing.
Any clue about things to look for to protect the back of the knees, things to avoid, possible causes etc?
Potentially there is an involvement of the calves? doing calf raises with too straight legs?
