What is your thought on a Cable based belt squat?
Since you can attach bands easily, change the stance width and even add squat wedges, you could address quads and hips/glutes and even do marches as a metabolic finisher.
It would be an add on to the Atlantis pendulum squat and the prime leg extension, would you say it’s necessary to have and beneficial?
or would you rather go with a squat press?
or leave it all together since squats, pendulum and leg extension is plenty?
