Hello. I have just finished this 12 week program and I’m wanting to know which would be more valuable for me in building up my three compounds with continuing on with this same program. Is it best to restart the whole thing from week 1 and go back to high rep and work my way down? Or is it more beneficial to just restart at week 9 where it’s the toughest block and be maxing out every 4 weeks? If I do restart at week nine, is it okay to just keep restarting from there over and over again? Thank you!
