I’m 7 weeks into the power building program and I have to keep adjusting my 1 max rep up. Either getting stronger or I’m better at lifting lower reps than higher reps.
In the videos Ben made which are no longer on the app he mentioned you can re-run the 8 weeks to get the most out of the program.
Is this a good idea ? Or should I compete the 12 weeks and move on.
