I was about starting this program. But i see i have arms both days together. (Dia 1 pull and day 2 arms) How is it posible to hit a muscle in 24h again? Always thougth at least would be 48h ideal
Ah ok! So the purpose for the bfr is not Hypertrophy per sé? So fir the day after bixeps will be recovered.
