I’m currently on week 10 been absolutely loving the programme so far seen massive increases in strength overall. Next week which is meant to be my week 11 I’m going to be on holiday in hotels with very limited gym equipment and weights. I was thinking of taking a complete deload week with the limited equipment and I’ve recently had to drop the weight on my big 3 (potentially my CNS being overloaded with a combination of poorer sleep). I was just wondering for your point of view on this and whether you had any advice on how to do a deload week prior to some very close to 1rpm’a. Cheers, Max
