    Hi guys just in week 11 of the Ben pollack programme and was curious when tapering down to 75% of 1RPM for 5 sets for bench, deadlift and squat is this also an opportunity for some long eccentric work and pause reps? Or in your professional opinion would this still be the kind of taxing work your trying limit before 1RPM take place in week 12
