    1. 3 big left should use my @65% for 12weeks program or should i keep it increasing weekly.

    2. How should I find my 65%.

    3. How can I progress my weights in program.

    4. Is this program more dominating shoulder arms?

    5. Faceing some knee cracking sound and wrist
    Any suggestions please
