I am not sure if i do the workouts correct, mainly in phase 2.
Sometimes the exercise have 3 sets 6-8, 10-12, 15-20, and sometimes only 2 sets.
Do i need to drop the weight if there are more sets or do i need to drop the weight betweent the sets.
For ex i can do bicep preacher curl with 15 kg for 2 sets, but if i want to complete 3 sets i would do it with 12 kg. Or is it better to start the 3 sets with 15 and drop the weight only in the 3rd set.
