Hey joe, i feel my chest a lot more doing old school wide grip bench press ( flat or incline ) I know it’s not the best position for the joints, but do you think a wider grip is better for pure chest ? Especially if you have longer arms? If I do a chestpress with a normal grip I feel my chest don’t get my wrong, but the wider grip feels just better. Do you think it’s fine to train with a wider grip ? Or should I just do the normal grip, and try to get better muscle contractions ?
