    My chest routine is a powerbuilding routine so everytime I do a bench variation I program it in a powerlifter style so I can increase the load im moving.
    On my Push A I choose an incline barbell and on Push B its a flat barbell. If I want to get better at pushing as much weight as possible should I just do one variation or these 2 can help each other?

    They both are fully acceptable at the same time
