So when I do bent over barbell rows and start to increase the weight even if I can do 10 reps or more with decent form. My hips tend to move forward. Kinda Of like a small thrust motion. Not sure why this is happening?
Also, my lower back always seems to be taxed when I do bent over rows. Especially after I stopped doing them for a while along with conventional deadlifts. I feel like that plays a roll in my lower back taxing so fast.
