Hey Joe and Bryce can you give a breakdown on the bent over dumbbell row with some cues? Having a-lot of trouble with it mentally in that I never quite feeling I’m getting all I can out of the movement.
Questions I have are should I be Driving elbows back towards my hips if I’m doing lat bias (which makes the movement feel odd) or should I try and almost pull as if it’s a at bar row and get all the upper back musculature. My program doesn’t specify with my coach but worth asking what you guys thing the best bang for my buck would be. Back is lagging so we we prioritizing it.
Also for dumbbell RDLs just a similar rundown of what you’d focus on. I went from doing barbell stuff leg dead’s with bands for about 20 weeks to this and it’s been a strange adjustment feel is very different and I just feel very loaded in my low back vice true tension in my hamstrings.
