I have a client who’s focusing on her leg development and specifically wants to address lagging adductors. So far as we can tell, she has structural hip issues that prevent her from doing heavy barbell squats, though she does well with goblet squats and other variations. What would you recommend to help grow the adductors in this case?

Any advantage/disadvantage of a straight legged adductor machine like the old hammer strength ones vs. machine with knee at 90 degree?
