    Hey Joe,

You keep bragging about the Nautilus Xpload lat pull down, unfortunately I cannot get my hands onto one.
    What are the alternatives?
I would go with a standard cable Pulldown, but first of all most of them have one cable just centred above you so the line of pull for single Arm movements would be off and I feel from the strength curve aspect you would miss out since it’s not getting lighter closer to the bottom.
So realistically how big of a deal is that?
Would you get a standard cable pull down, or would you go with a Pulldown with 2 pull arms that are more above shoulder height, or would you go for a machine with a Strenght curve included?
Any particular machines you can suggest?
And lastly, would a high row Maschine be a good option too or do we miss out on some ROM because from the looks of the nautilus it seems like it’s kinda a high row since the pull isn’t directly above your head but since you have the moveable handle it kinda is.

    Thanks in advance!
