Hey dudes! I just finished up the Delt specialization program and eating in a surplus, happy with the results, but I’m sitting around 16% BF so I’d like to lean out a bit. My wife is about to give birth of our 3rd son any day, so life is gunna get wild for a bit and I’m going to have 3- MAYBE 4 days to train. Would you recommend a PPL program or a full body program for this? Thanks again!
