Best/easiest protein carb mix

Hey Gents, had a question on what you prefer to mix protein scoops with (if you do), cream of rice, cream of wheat or oatmeal? I’m currently doing cream of rice and I know it digests easiest for most people, but just wanted to ask.

Yep. Hate cream of rice without the protein mixed in (cause I love my protein powder tastes)
