I was wondering what should be used to know a quality workout occurs. Should it be when my muscle are fatigued or next day soreness, or even a good quality “pump” in the area trained. Another question, gyms are closing in my area, I’m currently doing the new ppl, I have everything except heavy dumbbells at home, just the adjustable 50lbs ones. Should I change the rep range or exercise order? Is there another way I could get the most out of these dumbbells for chest. Thanks for any help!
