Hello, I just joined the app and I was looking for some training split to train 5 days in a week, I comes from classic bro split(not from app) so maybe I wanna to try some split with 2x per week muscle activation, but like 5 days in week training, so which one I can find for 5d in a week program? Thanks !
You do ppl upper lower or? Do you remake that split or app do that?
The programs allow you to plug in off days that line up with your specific needs, ie. recovery, work schedule, etc. I personally run Push, Pull, Off, Lower, Push, Pull, Off. Then start the next week where I left off which would be Lower.
